What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Do You Ship Internationally?
No. Currently we only ship orders within Sri Lanka. We hope to launch International Shipping in the near future
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
You will receive your orders within 4-7 working days. However, 90% of orders are delivered within 3-4 working days and in Colombo 1-15 orders are delivered within 2-3 working days.
Can I Get My Order Delivered On Weekends?
Most of our orders are delivered on weekdays during office hours (9.00AM to 5.30PM) and on Saturday orders are delivered between 9.00AM and 1.00PM. Therefore, if you need the order to be delivered specifically on a Saturday, you can leave an order note at the time of the purchase (Order Note is available at the Checkout Page) and also drop us an email.
What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged When I Received It?
Firstly, Do Not Sign the proof of delivery (POD) receipt. If you have signed the POD, this technically means that you have checked and collected the order with no damages. Secondly, contact us immediately on 0719 999 274 or send us an email to email@example.com regarding the damage. Due to any reason if you cannot get in touch with us at the time of delivery, please make a note on POD that you have collected the order with a damage and get the delivery agents signature so that we can investigate the matter.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
All payment methods are available at the Checkout Page. Payments can be made online by a Credit/Debit Card, via Mobile Wallets or offline payments by cash deposit methods (Bank, Cargills Food City outlets, Wasi.lk outlet). Customers can also select Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option for selected cities such as Colombo 1-15 and suburbs. We hope to extend COD deliveries to Island-wide within the near future.
Is Buying Online Safe?
100%. All payments go through our Internet Payment Gateway providing banks in Sri Lanka. Namely, Hatton National Bank, Sampath Bank, Commercial Bank and Nations Trust Bank. When passing information we use SSL to encrypt all data; issued and verified by COMODO CA Limited. Therefore no transaction details/card details are stored/visible within Wasi.lk servers.
What Is The Procedure To Make The Payment At Bank/Cargills Food City Outlet?
When making the payment you are required to mention your order number as a reference for your payment. In addition we advice you to forward us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) attaching your deposit slip to avoid any delays in processing your order.
What is 3D Secure password?
The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with the card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services. 3D secure password is an additional one-time password, that you’ll be asked to enter on the payment page. This password is known only to you, and is sent to you via email or sms.
Can I Pay Half Cash And The Other Half With My Credit Card?
Yes you can make part payments with different payment methods. Kindly drop us an email (email@example.com) with all the details and we will get back to your with the procedure.
Can I Pay Cash For Installment Plans?
Currently we only offer installment plans for credit cards only. All installment details are mentioned in the product page.
Can I Use My Debit Card For Installment Payments?
No. Installment plans are only available for credit cards. You may call your bank for more details.
How Do I Use My Credit Card To Purchase For Installments?
At the time of purchase, you need to have the full order total amount available in your credit card limit. If the full order total is not available in your credit limit, you will need to get in touch with your card issuing bank for more details.
Does My Order Convert To An Installment Plan Automatically?
Unless specified in the product page under your respective credit card issuing bank, you will be required to call the bank and convert your transaction to an installment within 3 working days from the date of the transaction.

Yes you need to have an account to place an order online. This can be easily created at the Checkout Page by simply entering a username and password. You may also click the Login/Register icon on the top right of your browser and click the register button and fill the required details to create an account.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email notification with our tracking details. These details will also be inside your order details in your My Account page.
