A: No, only mobile phones and supplements are eligible for same-day collection. However, we are working on adding other categories to this option soon. Please check our website for updates.

Q: Can I place an order at any time during the day and collect it the same day?

A: No, you need to place your order on or before 12 pm to qualify for same-day collection. Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed the next day.

Q: Will I be able to get this service during special promotional periods?

A: It depends. Our vendors may face challenges in processing each order due to the high volume of orders during special promotions. Therefore, the processing time may vary from 2 to 3 working days in such cases.

Q: Can I place the order directly and get it within the same day?

A: No, you need to contact us by phone or email to check the availability of the items you want to order. We do not keep a physical stock at our office, so we need to confirm your order before you can collect it. Once you receive a confirmation from one of our team members, you can proceed with your order.

Q: Where can I collect my order after getting the confirmation?

A: You can pick up your order from our outlet at 489/5, Thimbirigasyaya Road, Colombo 5. Our opening hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on weekdays and 10:30 am to 2:30 pm on Saturdays.
