General Terms & Conditions

  • 20% Off promotion is open to all credit card holders of BOC bank. Maximum discount Rs.40,000 and one transaction per card per day. The promotion is valid on 27th February 2024.
  • 10% Off promotion is open to all debit card holders of BOC bank. The promotion is valid till 29th February 2024.
  • A Convenience fee of 2.1% is applicable at the Checkout Page.
  • Discount will not be valid on additional charges* such as delivery, additional warranty, etc.
  • Card holders(s) is/are to settle the total bill payment via the BOC Bank Credit Cards to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
  • The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishment involved in this promotion.
  • BOC Bank reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
  • BOC Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
  • If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment & BOC bank shall be final.
  • The General Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
  • The promotion is bound by the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment and BOC Bank.

Installment Plans

  • Installment plans only available for BOC Bank Credit Cardholders.
  • The credit card member may perform single/multiple purchase(s) and request for installment payment plan up to twenty four (24) months, provided the single transaction is between Rs.25,000.00 and Rs.1,000,000.00 and such transaction value is within the available balance and authorized limit of the credit card at the time of performing the transaction.
  • In order to enjoy the installment payment plan facility, the purchase(s) must be performed during the Promotional Period and informed to the Client Care Centre, by sending a SMS typing “ZERO” to 0767002400 within 3 days to convert after purchase and the value of such transaction(s) which will thereafter reflect in the client’s next credit card statement.

IMPORTANT – In the event that transactions made 5 days prior to billing cycle are to be converted to Instalment Payment Plans, they will be converted only during the next billing period. In this instance, the credit cardholder will be required to settle the amount stated in the statement. The installment plan will come into effect from the next billing cycle on wards.

  • The transaction(s) must be within the customers approved Credit Limit and transaction(s) performed by depositing funds over the credit limit will not be eligible for this promotion.
  • Credit card member(s) is/are to settle the total purchase bill value via BOC Bank credit card(s) to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
  • The offers cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
  • If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment and BOC Bank shall be final.
