- The promotion is open to all holders of HSBC Credit Cards.
- Up to 10% Off HSBC Credit Card Offer! 0% Installments available for purchases above Rs.50,000.00 and below Rs.600,000.00 (Installment plans only available for credit card holders)*.
- This Promotion is valid till 30th April 2024.
- Up to 10% off Discount on HSBC Debit Cards (Can be paid via VISA/MASTER payment option).
- Discount will not be valid on additional charges* such as delivery, additional warranty, etc.
- Offer can be claimed via paying using the “HSBC Offer” payment option at checkout.
- Installment plans will not be valid for purchases made by Corporate Cards issued from HSBC.

- Card holders(s) is/are to settle the total bill payment via the HSBC Credit and Debit card(s) to be eligible for the offers mentioned herein.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishment involved in this promotion.
- The convenience fee of 2% on the value of the transactions will continue to apply as imposed by the Terms & Conditions of Wasi.lk.
- HSBC reserves the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules, terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
- HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the service establishments involved in this promotion since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.
- If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of the respective service establishment & HSBC shall be final.
- The General Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
- The promotion is bound by the terms & conditions of the respective service establishment and HSBC.
- All terms and conditions listed on HSBC website will apply.
Installment Plans
- The Promotion is valid exclusively for HSBC cardholders on locally issued credit cards (“Cardholders”) only excluding corporate credit cardholders.
- The Cardholder is eligible to convert any transaction performed using the credit card at Wasi.lk (“Merchant”).
- Only transactions performed at the specified merchant will be eligible for this Promotion.
- Minimum transaction value for conversion – Rs 50,000.
- Maximum transaction value for conversion – Rs 600,000
- Payments made through HSBC internet banking service, cash advances, installment transactions, Casino transactions, fees and charges shall not be eligible for this Promotion.
- Customers can request the flexi conversion within 30 days from the day the transaction is performed.
- Customers will be allowed to convert max 3 transactions during the period.
- Customers beyond the maximum number of transaction conversion times, will not be entertained given the risk appetite of the bank.
- Cardholders should not hold HSBC responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges, malfunction of computers and expenses that a Cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur by availing this Promotion.
- HSBC reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions herein or terminate the Promotion at any given time at its absolute discretion.
- Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by HSBC to conduct similar promotions in the future.
- The general HSBC Credit Card terms and conditions shall apply to this Promotion and for the usage of the Credit Card.
- The decision of the Bank, on all matters relating to this Promotion including but not limited to disputes, is final and binding on all Cardholders participating in this Promotion.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Sri Lanka and the courts of Sri Lanka shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any matter hereto.
